Effective Botism

$BOTISM · acceleration you can count · Solana

What this is

Agent apps ship almost every day. Effective Botism counts those releases and makes each one cost the treasury money, in public, with a transaction behind it.

A keeper watches a fixed list of sources every ten minutes. A new version number is an event. The event buys $BOTISM on the open market and burns it, with a memo naming the product, the version, the kind of step and a link to the release.

On Sunday at 20:00 UTC the keeper counts the week against the week before. More releases is acceleration, and 10% of the treasury goes to holders in SOL. The same or fewer is a slowdown, and that same 10% is burned.

01

A release lands

A version number on the watched list goes up. Stable tags only.

02

It is priced

Patch one unit, minor three, major ten. A unit is 1% of the treasury, floor 0.01 SOL, ceiling 0.5 SOL.

03

It is burned

That SOL buys $BOTISM through Jupiter and the keeper burns all of it in the same pass.

04

Sunday settles

Faster than last week pays holders 10% in SOL. Not faster burns the same 10%.

The numbers, and what can go wrong

Where the money comes from

Creator fees of $BOTISM sit on the launch wallet and are forwarded to the keeper by hand. The keeper treats everything above its own fee reserve as the treasury: 85% of what arrives is for burns and the weekly 10%, 15% is the server and the RPC.

A source changes format

A source that cannot be read for twenty four hours is marked silent on the Sources page and burns nothing until its parser is fixed. It never guesses a number.

A source spams releases

One source burns for at most three events a day. Anything past that is recorded on the Releases page with the reason and costs nothing.

An empty treasury

Under 0.01 SOL nothing is burned and the release is still recorded. Nobody is paid out of a number that does not exist.

This project is not affiliated with anything on the watched list. It shows a name and a version number, never a logo, and it links to the release it counted.
